CoLab is a research, design, and innovation lab dedicated to empowering the ecosystem in designing high-impact, innovative, and scalable programs for sustainable development. We support CSOs, NGOs, and aggregators in bridging the gap in evidence and research for their programs. We offer consulting services for research and design. We assist organisations in their impact journey through third-party evaluations and assessments.

Our story

Founded in 2019, CoLab began as a small initiative reimagining how evidence and innovation intersect in the development sector. Today, we’re a research, design, and innovation lab that empowers organisations to design high-impact, scalable solutions for sustainable development.

We work across education, women’s empowerment, livelihoods and environmental sustainability — bridging data, design, and community wisdom to make change measurable and meaningful.
