Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how services provided by MIE Design Private Limited, operating as CoLab, are delivered.

1. No physical goods

CoLab provides consulting and AI enablement services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping or courier is involved.

2. How we deliver

Our services are delivered online, through live video sessions, email and shared documents or workspaces, or in person where agreed in writing.

3. Delivery timeline

Each engagement starts on the date agreed in the written proposal or statement of work. For a scheduled session or workshop, the joining details are sent by email or message before it begins.

4. Clients outside India

Clients outside India receive our services online in the same way. There are no shipping costs, customs or import duties.

5. Charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. Fees and applicable taxes are as set out in the proposal and the invoice.
